Welcome to Frederick L'Ecole des Arts, Inc.

Co-authored by George Marks and Betty Arnaud Roy, Frederick l'Ecole des Arts, Inc., was established in 2007. This nonprofit organization is volunteer-driven and promotes and fosters opportunities for artists and artisans to teach and to enhance knowledge and to encourage creative experimentation of those who seek to learn.

Frederick l'Ecole des Arts provides opportunities for Creative Living by facilitating community, artistic and cultural development. Frederick's goal is to disseminate information while educating the public about the importance of the arts and the positive effects it has on preserving and promoting the culture of the state of Louisiana while still providing for a better understanding of the artistic contributions made by other cultures of the world. There is still much to be done.

Frederick has focused primarily on three distinct areas: Etude, Art in Context, and Outreach. Click on the links to learn more.
